The user can no longer log in to ParishCAST and their username is missing from the View Users page

How to restore a deleted user

1. Log in as Admin
2. Click on Users → Restore Users
   
   
3. Search for user's last name
   
   
4. Identify the deleted account by username
   
5. Clicked Activate on the right (Pencil Icon)
   
   
6. Verify the username is active on View Users page
   
   

Note: If the user is an **Administrator** mark the box "do not delete on import," found in the user's edit screen. This will prevent the administrator from being deleted in error.
