Our Windows 7 support policy after it is sunset on January 20, 2020
As of January 20, 2020, Microsoft will no longer be providing Windows or Security updates.
We strongly recommend upgrading to the newest Windows release before then.
- The software should continue to function on Windows 7 for a while.
- Unless there is a security threat we will do nothing proactive to stop the software from working.
- If we are made aware of a security threat, we will proactively stop the software from running on the Windows 7 platform.
- We will no longer test new releases on Windows 7; so if an issue arises, our only solution would be to recommend upgrading from Windows 7.
