Account numbers or amounts are not registering as I type

Typically this is because the Num Lock is not turned on in your keyboard.

If you are using the number keypad on your keyboard, try entering the numbers at the top of your keyboard instead. If you are able to enter the numbers using the numbers at the top of your keyboard, verify that the Num Lock is turned on.
