How to resolve most issues whereby a user is constantly getting kicked out of the software

Any one of these actions may resolve the issue, or you may need to do all of them.

  1. Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history - How to clear your browser's cache
  2. Clear your computer DNS Cache - How to flush your DNS (to clear your computer cache)
  3. Check your Internet Service Provider and/or Network to see if there is potentially an intermittent connectivity issue.  It may help to do a Speed Test of your organization's internet speed to see if either the download or the upload speed is slow.  To check your internet speed, click here.
  4. Ensure your computer time is set to On for "Set time automatically." To do this, Right-Click on the time/date    in the lower right corner of your screen, then select Adjust date/time. The top option on the new screen is, Set time automatically. Turn that on.
