PSA L&P - Reports: Why are Journal entries to Accounts Payable not on the AP Aging Summary?

Why are Journal entries to Accounts Payable not on the AP Aging Summary?

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are designed as subsidiary ledgers. The AP Aging Summary draws only from the subsidiary AP ledger. That means all activity for the AP aging comes from that module.

Since Journal Entries are not initiated in the Accounts Payable module, they are not included on an AP Aging Summary.
