How to add an additional condition to your IQ query to omit families not registered to your parish
Sometimes your query results will display families that are not registered to your parish because the query is looking for all registered families in your family list.
To get around this, you need to add an additional condition to your IQ query.
- Click the [Add new condition] link.
- Select Organization → Organization ID.
- Finally, set the Organization ID condition to be equal to your Organization ID which you can find here: How to find your Organization ID
