How to add a tuition fund

  1. Go to Tuition
  2. Select Funds
  3. In the toolbar, click
  4. The Add New Fund screen opens:
  5. Specify the details for the fund:
  • Fund #: the fund's account number.
  • Description: a descriptive name for the fund.
  • External Fund 1: if the fund has an account number or ID in an external system (for example, a QuickBooks account number), enter that number in this field to facilitate the integration of data from the external system into the Tuition application.  
  • External Fund 2: if the fund has an account number or ID in an external system (for example, a QuickBooks account number), enter that number in this field to facilitate the integration of data from the external system into the Tuition application.

6. Click Add Fund. The fund is added to the list on the Funds page.
