Add an Organization to your "Favorites" Group

To streamline your workflow and reduce search time, you can mark your favorite organizations with a star icon and move them to the top of your directory list. This feature makes it quicker to locate churches or groups you frequently interact with—especially helpful when creating Sacramental records.

Your favorite organizations may be assigned the Favorites star icon  and moved to the top of the directory list to make them easy to find.  

  1. From the Home tab, click Organization Directory to display the list of organizations.
  2. Use the search filters to locate the organization you want to add to your favorites group.
  3. Click this button to the left of the organization's name to add it to your "favorites" group:
  4. Now when you are searching for a church when creating a Sacramental record, you can change the list from "All" to "Favorites" and your favorite churches will display.

Note: You cannot add a custom organization to your "favorites" group. This icon appears next to any group that cannot be made a favorite:
