CMS Backup Instructions
Below are general instructions to assist you with backing up your CMS data for conversion into ParishSOFT. Your screens may look slightly different depending on your version. These instructions should help guide you.
- Click File → Backup on the CMS Main Menu.
- Choose Online Backup, and click the [↑] button to connect to the FTP site.
- Choose an existing file (they are generally named CMS4WIN1.zip, CMS4WIN2.zip, etc.) to back up to, or click Add to create a new filename, and click Select to complete the backup process.
- Once the backup is complete, please reply to your fulfillment email to let us know that you have uploaded the data.
