How to use GoToAssist when a Support Representative wants to share your screen

Step 1

Open up a new browser tab by pressing CTRL + T.

 

Step 2

In the Web Address Bar, enter gotoassist.me

Step 3

Enter the code given to you by your Support Representative. Then click Start Support Session.

 

Step 4

Click on Open GoTo Opener

 

Step 5

It should ask you if you want to make changes to your computer, click Agree, or Okay.

It will then ask you to hide any information you want to keep private. Click Okay.
