Troubleshoot Contribution Statement Signature Not Uploading

When you upload a signature image for your contribution statements in Microsoft Edge, the image may upload upside down or not upload at all. Uploading the image in Google Chrome instead uploads it correctly.

 

Download and Install Google Chrome

  1. Download Chrome at no charge from google.com/chrome.
  2. Install Chrome by following Google's steps for your computer in Download and Install Google Chrome.

 

Upload Your Signature in Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and sign in to ParishSOFT.
  2. Upload your signature image by following Add or Remove a Signature Image for Your Statements.
