Can't select a member to register in My Own Church
A parishioner has registered for My Own Church. When I select "Search Family Directory," other people have radio buttons that can be selected but this member does not.
This usually means that the member already has a username in their member record in ParishSOFT Family Directory. To see if this is the case, go to the member record and select the General tab. If this is the case, the member's username should be there.
To generate a password reset, click Edit Details and then click the key icon next to the username. This will send a password reset email to the email address listed in the member record.
If there is no username in the member record, but the radio button is not available, contact support for help in resolving this issue.
