Pictorial Directory is Not Visible to Families in My Own Church

To make family photos and member details visible in My Own Church, administrators must first enable the pictorial directory. This setting is managed within the Administration tab and allows you to customize how family information appears in the directory.

The pictorial directory has to be enabled in the Administration tab. 

  1. Go to Administration > Organizations.
  2. Click on "Edit Organization Record."
  3. Now click on "Additional Organization Details."
  4. On the top of the window you can choose to Enable the Pictorial Directory. There are also options to choose whether to show the Family Photo, and whether to show Family Members.
