How to update messages displayed in the Dashboard Messages window
The Diocese will be in charge of updating the messages in the Message Window of the Dashboard. Periodically, the Team may publish a Message regarding release dates or known system issues.
Messages are updated through the Consolidation Manager in Communications → Messages.
- Choose the order in which the Messages display by entering a number in the Display Order column.
- The maximum number of characters on one line is 70.
- Links are not allowed, but a URL (web address) may be provided for the customer to copy and paste.
