Customer Onboarding Individual - Migrating from Other Software: Uploading Your Data for Conversion

To Upload your data, use the link in the Step 3 email you received along with the Username and password listed in the email.

Once you are in the secure FTP site, use the instruction below to upload your data.

Step 1 Select the Upload option.

Step 2 Select Choose File.

Step 3 Browse to your backup and highlight it.

Step 4 After your upload has completed, Log Out (upper right-hand corner) of the FTP site.

Step 5 Email us by replying to your Step 3 email and let us know it is there.
