How to use the electronic signature field
The electronic signature field allows you to sign forms that require electronic signatures such as Medical Releases, Field Trip Permissions, and other legal documents that may be required for the care of children, minors, and permissions needed for such care.
When the electronic signature field has been included on the form, follow these steps to use it:
- Enter your name into the name field.
- Choose your E-Signature style preference.
- Select the CLICK HERE TO SIGN button.
- Once all information has been filled out on the form, click submit.
