How to resolve the error: Records cannot be deleted when a member has an active staff assignment 

  1. Check to see if any member in that family has a username on the General tab.
  2. If a username exists, search for that user in your list of staff members. This requires that you have administrator access. If not, please notify your business manager to resolve. 
    • Give that staff assignment an end date and save changes.
  3. Proceed to go back to the Family List and delete the family.
