How the software handles duplicate Social Security numbers

In ParishSOFT Accounting, employees cannot have duplicate social security numbers (SSN). If you had entered duplicate employee records prior to the March 2018 release, their records will be allowed to stay in the application...UNTIL you go to their taxes tab.  Once you access the tab, the system will check for duplicate SSN's and will require you to make the SSN unique.
