How to reset the donor password

  1. Select Donors on the navigation panel.

  2. Select the donor's name to open the donor's profile. (image below)
  3. Click the 3 dots (ellipses) in the top right-hand corner of the donor's profile.
  4. Select 'Reset Donor Password.'
