Why doesn't my Workgroup show up in the Family Notes?
When you create a Family Workgroup it has a "Name" and a "Description" field:
When you open a Workgroup to add families you will see its name listed at the top:
The Family Record also contains Workgroup information in the Notes tab. However here it lists the description of the Workgroup. Ensure that your description is populated and is not generic. This will help reconcile this information between these two areas:
