Why didn't a parishioner receive an envelope this month?
If a parishioner did not receive an envelope this month, verify that their Family Record has the checkbox for "Send Contribution Envelope" marked. This designation will allow the parishioner to receive an envelope.
Other things to check:
- Make sure the envelope number is assigned to the Family instead of the Member.
- Verify that the Family Group status for the parishioner will be included in the filtered envelope list. For instance, if they are Inactive, and your filters for the list are Registered/Active, they will not appear on the list.
