You have 30 days to report any issues with your live database. Any issues reported after this window may incur additional charges, so be sure to review your data thoroughly.

 

Your Login Details 

Below are the credentials for accessing your live ParishSOFT Family Suite site:

URL: https://diocesename.parishsoftfamilysuite.com

Username: NAME (provided in email)

Password: PASSWORD (provided in email)

 

As the administrator, these credentials allow you to set up logins and manage permissions for your parish staff.
