Why Aren't my Kenedy Statistics Showing Properly?
If you go to pull Kenedy Statistics for your church, and your numbers are different from what you might expect, or none are generating at all, then you may have selected the wrong organization when creating sacrament records. When creating a sacrament record, you will want to search for your church by typing in your POL/Organization ID and selecting the church that shows. Rather than searching by city or zip:
- Navigate to the Organization Directory
- Type in the Organization ID or Organization Name and click Search
- Check the Organization ID column to confirm you have the correct ID number.
