How to generate a report that shows where payroll is posting in the general ledger
The Ledger Distribution report shows to which accounts payroll is posting in the general ledger. You can run the Ledger Distribution Report, by going to Reports → Pay Cycle → Ledger Distribution.
Make your report configuration selections:
Note, under the Report Format section, the Summary Report option does not supply information for each employee, the detail format will provide employee information.
