If you have registrations to process, your staff must first be set up with the privileges in order to process them. The administrator must go into the Administration tab → Manage Staff.
- In the Administration module, click on Manage Staff

Select the staff member by clicking their linked name, then click Edit Details (bottom of Access Rights tab)
- At bottom of Access Rights tab click the Edit Details
- To permit staff to process education registrations:
- Under Religious Education mark the Add/Edit checkbox
- Under ParishSOFT mark the Suspense Reviewer checkbox
- Save changes
