What date field does the funeral report pull from?

In Census → Reports → Sacraments → Funeral there are Start and End Date filters, you will find these date filters report on the 'Date Completed' on the sacrament record and not on the 'Date of Death.' See Images below for example. 

1.  Observe the Completed On^A date and the Date of Death^B for a funeral sacrament
   
   
   
2. Then in Census^A → Reports^B → Sacraments^C → Funeral^D → Select a Date Range^E and Run the Report^F
   
   
   
3. Observe in the report that the date range included the sacrament based on the Date, which is the Date Completed on the sacrament.
