How to move a My Own Church username from one family to another
Usually, a My Own Church username would be attached to a member of the wrong family if a family has duplicate records and the username is assigned to a member in the wrong (duplicate) family.
- Open the member record with the username.
- Click the General tab and click Edit Details.
- Delete the username from the member record and click Save.
- Open the correct member record.
- Click the General tab and click Edit Details.
- Enter the username in the Username field.
- Click Save and then click Edit Details again.
- Click the key icon next to the username to send a password reset.
