Avoid Creating Labels for Families Who Opt Out of Mailings

This article assumes that you have set the field for each family who wants mail to 'Send Mail.' From the Family List, click the filter (funnel) icon, then:

  1. Set your registration choices
  2. Click Advanced Options
  3. In the Show 'Send No Mail' Families, select Send Mail.
  4. Click the Apply button.

  5. Once your Family List sorts, go to Quick Reports and select Family Mailing Labels.
