How to get the temporary password when a new staff account has been added but the temporary password never came through

  • Have the staff check their spam folder if they don't see it immediately.
  • Their email provider may be blocking automated emails. 
  • The administrator can manually reset the staff's password. That will typically generate the temporary password reset email.
