PSFS Administration - Manage Staff: How to get the temporary password when a new staff account has been added but the temporary password never came through

  1. Have the staff check their spam folder if they don't see it immediately.
  2. Their email provider may be blocking automated emails. 
  3. The administrator can manually reset the staff's password. That will typically generate the temporary password reset email.
