If you are under an organization that manages your accounting software options, such as a diocese, you must contact them and ask them to reopen the period.
Note: Support is not authorized to reopen periods when an organization is associated with a Diocese.
If you are an independent organization, you must ask your Church Administrator to contact Support via email. Include the following information:
- The prior account period you would like opened
- The reason you want the period re-opened (good information for future reference)
- Church Name
- Account number -
