How to delete My Own Church registration requests

This procedure assumes that you completed the instructions under Reviewing a Registration Request.

  1. Go to Administration

  2. Hover over Suspense and select User Registrations

  3.  Select the registration that you want to edit from the list.
  4. Click Delete. Details of the registration you are about to delete are displayed to give you another opportunity to review the request. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.


To delete, complete the following:

  • Document the reason for your decision in the Review Notes field. (optional but recommended) 
  • Click Delete User Registration.
    • The system deletes the request. Note that the individual receives no email notifying him or her of the deletion.

If you have another new user registration request to review, follow the instructions under Reviewing a Registration Request.
