How to align mailing labels and contributions statements

If you experience a problem with misaligned labels or misaligned contribution statements when printing from Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer, choose a different browser or try one of the following methods to fix the problem.
Select the link for the browser you use to access your ParishSOFT Application. If you lock your computer with a password, you'll be prompted to enter your computer password.
How to align mailing labels in Chrome
Google Chrome Browser
When you print directly from Chrome, the Fit to Page control button is automatically selected by default, as shown in the following illustration:
To fix the problem, UN-CHECK the Fit to Page box. Then, print your labels.
How to align mailing labels in Internet Explorer

When you print directly from Internet Explorer, the Fit option is selected by default in the Print window:

How to align mailing labels in Firefox
The document has a URL bar at the top of the page and the mailing labels don't align with Avery 5160 labels. Usually, there is one line at the bottom that carries over to the next page. To fix this:
- Go into the browser and press the ALT key to display the hidden menu. This will not work in the small mailing labels window, it must be done from the main browser window.
- Select File then Page Setup....
- In the new dialog window select the Margins & Header/Footer tab. Set the top and bottom margins to 0.4. Then under the Headers & Footers section set everything to "--blank--". Click OK.
- Now go back and print the labels. You do not have to regenerate them. With these settings saved they should print correctly.
