PSA L&P - Accounts: How to edit or change account level descriptions or program descriptions

Click here for an example of how account level descriptions appear on statements.

  1. Go into Setup → Define Account Code Levels
  2. Click Define Levels
  3. Select the level you want to change.

  4. In Quick Find, enter the current title you want to change and bring it up.

  5. Update the title to your new title and submit.
