How to save a Family List Report as an Excel Document

  1. Go to the Family List in the Family Directory Module.
  2. Filter for the group of Families that you would like to generate a mailing list for.
  3. Go to Quick Reports and choose Family List.
    • This will generate the Family List Report.
  4. In the top right hand corner of the report change PDF to XLS (or CSV for an non-formatted Excel file).
  5. Then choose the "Export a report and save it to the disk" button, which looks like a floppy disk.
  6. This will prompt you to open the file with Excel or Save it as an Excel Format.
