Why does my newly created staff only see family information?

This is usually the result of missing the Grant Login Privileges or ParishSOFT Access checkboxes in the Staff Access Rights of that user.

  1. Go to the Administration Module, then Manage Staff:
  2.  Click the name of your staff member to bring up their Staff Assignment. Then select the Access Rights tab. Ensure that Grant Login Privliges and ParishSOFT Access are both checked:
  3. Click Save.
