PSFS Administration - Organizations: How to change your church's contact info (email address, phone number, address, city, and state) that prints in statements or reports

You can change the church's printed/displayed legal name, email address, phone number, address, city, and state that displays in the statements by:

  1. Going to the "Administration" tab
  2. Select the sub-tab called "Organizations"

  3. Select the option in the top right corner for "Edit Organization Record". It is a pencil icon.

  4. Make the desired changes (if it is the city name then change the postal code and hit the tab key)
  5. Click the "Save" button
