How to sort mailing labels by zip code
After you have filtered the family list screen for those for whom you want to create labels, you may sort them by zip code by clicking the header of the "postal code" column. This will sort all of the records by the zip code.
- Set and apply the Family List filters.
- If necessary, scrollA the Family List screen to the right.
- Select the Postal CodeB field.
If you'd like to sort alphabetically by name after sorting by zip, you can follow these instructions: hold down the Shift key and click on the word family in the family column.
You can use Shift-Click to add multiple levels of sorting.
