Delete a Staff Assignment Record

This article outlines the steps to delete a staff assignment record in the Administration Module. Use this guide if you need to remove a staff member’s assignment from your organization’s records. For historical accuracy, consider end-dating assignments instead of deleting them.

  1. Open the Administration Module to access the Manage Staff tab 
  2. Under Manage Staff, mark the box to Search All Organizations listed in the Organization Column if needed
  3. Select the checkbox next to the name of the staff member you want to remove
  4. In the toolbar, click the delete button [trash-bin_text.png].
  5. Click OK when prompted to confirm the removal.

Pro Tip: We encourage end-dating staff records at the end of staff assignments for best record-keeping.
