This article outlines the steps to delete a staff assignment record in the Administration Module. Use this guide if you need to remove a staff member’s assignment from your organization’s records. For historical accuracy, consider end-dating assignments instead of deleting them.
- Open the Administration Module to access the Manage Staff tab
- Under Manage Staff, mark the box to Search All Organizations listed in the Organization Column if needed
- Select the checkbox next to the name of the staff member you want to remove
- In the toolbar, click the delete button [
].
- Click OK when prompted to confirm the removal.
Pro Tip: We encourage end-dating staff records at the end of staff assignments for best record-keeping.
