How to export a list to a spreadsheet/CSV/Excel file

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Click Family List to display the Family List page.

    • Click Member List to display the Member List page.

  1. If necessary, select the desired organization from the Organization list.
  2. If desired, apply the basic filters or advanced filters to create a filtered list of families or members you want to export.

  3. Click the export to excel button.

    The .csv file is created.
  1. When prompted, choose the appropriate save option. Options vary depending on the browser you are using:
    • Internet Explorer: click Save.
    • Firefox: select Save File and then click OK.
    • Chrome: click Save.
    • Safari: click Save.

All fields in the list are exported to columns in the .csv file. The file also includes a Mailing Name column.
