How to create a Zip Code Count Report

1. Export information to Excel 
   

2. In Excel, highlight the entire Excel Document 
   

3. Click Insert tab, select pivot table, and click OK
   

4. On right, select Postal Code and drag it to Values
   

5. Drag Postal Code to the Row Labels area
   

6. You should see your postal codes and counts to the right
