The goal of this document is to show you how to print a directory of current parish employees that are Active.
- Go to Administration, then click on Manage Staff.
- Click on the Select Grid Columns Icon (see blue arrow and #1 in attached photo). Make sure only the information you want in the directory is checked. Click Save and Close.
- Click the Save icon to save the grid. (red arrow in attached photo).
- Click the funnel button to set filters on the staff that you want in the employee directory (green arrow). You can choose Active Members only, for example. Click Apply.
- Click Save again.
- Finally, click the Arrow button to Export to CSV (an Excel file). You can print this directory from there.
