LA Payroll - Tax:How to Edit Payroll Check History

Here are the instructions:

Set you date back to the pertinent year:

 

  1. You may go into Edit Payroll Check History for each employee and either

 

add  new checks

          add checks that were hand printed: one check for each quarter.

  1. You will have to make up the check number
  2. You will be able to add the amount of the check and then click on the Taxes tab to add the information there.
