This article contains instructions on using your saved Recovery Code if you cannot access your preferred method of Multi-Factor Authentication. This code should have been stored safely when MFA was initially enabled for your user account.
Note: If you do not have the Recovery Code from when you set up MFA, please contact Support.
Follow these steps to reset MFA for your ParishSOFT Accounting profile:
- Log in as Usual
- Visit the ParishSOFT Accounting login screen.
- Enter your Email and select Continue.
- Enter your password and select Continue.
- Select Try Another Method.
- Select Recovery Code.
- Enter the Recovery Code you saved when you set up MFA.
- Click Continue.
- Copy the new Recovery Code generated and check the I have safely recorded this code checkbox.
- Click Continue.
