Introduction to ParishSOFT's New Platform

Welcome to the New ParishSOFT Platform!

ParishSOFT's new platform Home is your hub for account setup and quick access to all your active modules.

Home Screen Overview

On the Dashboard, simply click any Module to get started!

Pro-Tip: At the top left of your screen, look for the "App Switcher" dropdown menu within every module (*below). Use this to easily switch between modules or navigate back to the Home Screen.

 

Which Module is Which?

While we hope our naming conventions are self-explanatory, here's a quick overview.

 

Giving Admin is where you will handle all things related to Online Giving. You can manage your donation page(s), create forms (with or without payment), manage funds and donors, update bank information, and more.

Families is the Family Directory module from the Legacy system. This is where staff can manage family and member records, send communications, and access important census data.

Offering is the Offering module from the Legacy system.  Here you Track family and member contributions and manage pledges campaigns.

Faith Formation is the Religious Education module from the Legacy system. With Faith Formation you can manage your entire faith formation program with robust scheduling, reporting, built-in communication tools, and online registration.

Tuition is the Tuition module from the Legacy system. This module creates invoices and maintains up-to-date payment tracking that show exactly what was paid and what is due, by family or fund.

Development is the Development Manager module from the Legacy system.  This is where the diocese will manage fundraising, pledges, and gifts to track campaign goals and parish incentives to online giving and lockbox options.

Intelligent Query is the IQ module from the Legacy system. IQ is the custom query report builder designed to let Parish and Diocese pull the data they need.

Ministry Scheduler is the Ministry Scheduler module from the Legacy system. Here members can volunteer and manage their personal service preferences on the web, making it easy for church staff to create accurate and balanced schedules.

My Parish is the My Own Church module from the Legacy system. My Parish is the parishioner portal that allows parishioners to view and suggest edits to their family and member records.

Streaming is your ministry's live-streaming platform. Broadcast your worship services and events anywhere and integrate your streaming page onto your website, mobile app, or social media! 

Websites: manage one or more ministry websites through our easy-to-use, ministry-focused website management tools and designs.

Note: Modules not included in the New Platform are Accounting, Safe Environment Program, and Facility Calendar.

 

Update your Logo and Organization Name

Important: The Manage icon is only available for Organization and Universal Administrators.

Click Manage on the Amplify Home Screen and you'll be taken to the Account Overview Screen. Here, you can update the logo image that appears in the header of your Amplify Products.

You can also change your Profile Information and Organization Name by clicking Edit Profile.

 

Organization Modules

On the Subscriptions page you can review the modules your organization has purchased and view additional modules available for purchase.

Modules purchased by your organization will show as Active.  Clicking Open on this screen will redirect to that module.

Modules available for purchase will show as Not Active.

 

View, Add, and Manage Users

Under Users you can view, add, or delete Users within your Account.

Note: Users are both staff/volunteers who manage your software and people (think members of your parish) who simply log in to donate online or view the church directory.

To add new users, click on the blue +Add button. Uncheck any modules you don't want a user to manage. Making an individual a Universal Admin provides full access to all modules as well as your entire Account.

Note: Each person must have a unique email and phone number.

Once finished, click the blue Invite button. The individual will receive an email from no_reply@account.myamplify.io with a unique link to set up their password (below).

Important: You must also give module-specific permissions to users within each module! 

 

Edit your Profile Information

When you select the circle icon with your initials at the top right corner, you can view your user account profile or log out.

Note: If you want to delete your account, make sure to request account deletion at the bottom of your user account profile page.

My Giving

This is where you can go to your Parish's active Giving Form to generously donate, view your scheduled recurring gifts, and update payment information.
