Modify OBO Giving Endpoint Logic
- Fixed an issue with the integration between Development and Giving, which was preventing the OBO field in Giving from displaying the parish organizations in the diocese. It incorrectly restricted the field to show only the Diocese org when the DM > Settings > "Pledge Management - only show OBO Parishes with goals" is NOT checked, when all parish organizations should have been shown instead.
