The software does not allow you to delete celebrants from the Lookups Table. Celebrants can only be merged. Here are details on how you can merge celebrants: How to Merge and Move Look Up Values
You may wish to move the celebrant to the end of the list if they are no longer going to be used by your organization: How to move a celebrant to the Bottom of Lookups
