Configure a Staff Record to Grant Permission to Import Contact Information

  1. Navigate to Administration > Manage Staff

Note: Once the diocese has given churches the option to import contact information into the Family Directory, only church staff granted import privileges may do so. To add import permissions, follow these steps.

  1. Select the staff record in which you want to add the privilege, then click Edit Details (bottom of Access Rights tab)
  2. If this staff member works for more than one organization, select the organization (upper-right corner)
  3. At the bottom of the Access Rights tab, click the Edit Details button, then mark the Import Contact Info checkbox
  4. Click to Save update at the bottom of the record.
