Staff records can be end-dated to disable a user's Access Rights to the entire program.
- Navigate to Administration > Manage Staff:
- Select the staff member by clicking their linked name:
- Click Edit Details.
- Click on the End Date field to specify last date the staff member is permitted to access program:
- The Calendar icon can be used (or type the end-date); once saved Assignment Deleted is marked
Note: When end-dates are saved, no further changes can be made to the record. Create a new staff record for returning personnel.
