Change the Organization's Contact Information that Prints on Statements or Reports

You can change the church's printed/displayed legal name, email address, phone number, address, city, and state displayed in the statements or reports.

  1. Navigate to Administration > Organizations:

  1. Select the option in the top right corner for "Edit Organization Record". It is a pencil icon:
     

  1. Make the desired changes (if it is the city name then change the postal code and hit the tab key):

  1. Click the "Save" button
