- Within the Family or Member List click the
filter icon and add any necessary filters.
- Now that your list is filtered for the records you need to contact, you can produce your email list.

- Select the check box to the left of the Family column header
- Select the
email icon
- In the View Recipients window, select Load from Grid

- You will see the following message "This will clear any email address you have selected and load all unique email addresses from the grid below" Select OK.
- Still in the View Recipients window, select the Send Outlook Email button and select an option

- This screen will appear. Your email will automatically be populated in the From and To fields.

- You can complete your email and then press Send to use the Ministry Brands Mail Server.

Note: You will receive a copy of the email; however, you will not receive a notification for undeliverable emails.

- If you prefer to use your own mail server, you can Copy/Paste Addresses. Double-click the field in which the addresses reside, then right click on the mouse and choose Copy or press CTRL+C.
- Open your mail program and select the field you would like to place the addresses.
- Use CTRL+V to paste the addresses into the chose field.
- Proceed as usual.
