Gathering and Copying Email Addresses for Mass Emails

  1. Within the Family or Member List click the filter icon and add any necessary filters.
  2. Now that your list is filtered for the records you need to contact, you can produce your email list.
      1. Select the check box to the left of the Family column header
      2. Select the email icon
      3. In the View Recipients window, select Load from Grid

      1. You will see the following message "This will clear any email address you have selected and load all unique email addresses from the grid below" Select OK.
      2. Still in the View Recipients window, select the Send Outlook Email button and select an option

      1. This screen will appear. Your email will automatically be populated in the From and To fields.

      1. You can complete your email and then press Send to use the Ministry Brands Mail Server.

 Note: You will receive a copy of the email; however, you will not receive a notification for undeliverable emails.

    1. If you prefer to use your own mail server, you can Copy/Paste Addresses.  Double-click the field in which the addresses reside,  then right click on the mouse and choose Copy or press CTRL+C
    2. Open your mail program and select the field you would like to place the addresses.
    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the addresses into the chose field. 
    4. Proceed as usual.
